help choosing a board

so I was planning on upgrading my motherboard so I can get a new processor since I am using a fx 8320 with a gtx 1070. i wanted to have the new i5 and brought it down to two motherboards.

they are basically the same price so if someone could say what has the better features or what I'm missing out on if I get one over the other I would be very grateful.

May I suggest the ASUS Strix Z270E GMING 1151. Its the one I got and the built in wifi is very fast. I hit 12MB/s on steam downloads and the wifi card has a magnetic base that will stick to your case. It also has built in blu-tooth which is nice.
