Hello I am wanting to get a pc for Christmas and I was wondering if you can help me out. I am looking in to getting in to real immersive game like star citizen and squad and some VR games. I am not really sure what exactly I would need. I don’t want to lag but I want something that can get the job done and make the games beautiful. Also put in some suggestions on other peripherals I could also use other than a mouse and keyboard like a joystick or something for star citizen. Thank you for taking your time to read this and any help or comment you make!

The lowest price PC I would build for that the mouse and keyboard is more of what you like so really can't recommend those. (try some of your friends stuff and see if you like it)

Optional SSD for the above for the OS and programs.

Higher end for the VR. Overclock the processor. This will run everything very good.

Higher end for the regular games upgrade to a 2K monitor. Overclock the processor.

Optional SSD to add for your main games not really much performance increase but quicker load/cut screen times...

Optional front case fan for better cooling gets mounted in the front of the case blowing in.

If you can afford to go all out for the VR and games big price but big performance overclock the processor to the 4.6/4.8 area.

Fairly good but the price of the GTX 1080ti is almost retarded 300 bucks more don't add up for the performance increase over the 1070ti and the cost of memory right now is also retarded 200 bucks for 16GB WOW. I bought my DDR3 16GB for 90 bucks. It about matches all the DDR4 speed I have it overclocked to 2400 with 11 CAS.
