Can you be more specific? (E.g. the model of your laptop, Operating system such as Windows 10, etc.) and indicate what the problem is? For example, I think that you meant that your laptop won't power on- have you tried different power outlets, and/or reinstalling the battery (If your laptop can do this, there will be a few levers on the bottom- just pull them). I hope this helps.
