If you can estimate FPS that would also be great I have Seen YouTube Videos Of Somebody Else Playing It With My Specs But There Was Stuttering How Could I Fix That ?

Yes you can play those games on MED settings at good FPS

You won't know for sure if you will have problems on your PC until you install and run the game.

It should run OK.

Will It Stutter like WiFi that cant handle a video from YouTube Now I Know That Its Going To Have Issues Because Its Still Early Access BUT this is what i meant ill do it in dots

the straight back to back dots are smooth game play the space is pausing in mid game play that is stuttering
