I have a ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix 11GB Graphics Card, is there a cooling block I can buy that someone knows will fit on it? I don't know much about cooling gpu's.

You could buy a $100 AIO waterblock hybrid cooler for your GPU, it will perform worse than the strix cooler already installed.
