I am so confuse right now... i search about watercooling on google it show me some waterloop cooling.

When i go to my nearby computer shop it told me they only have intergrated water cooling. But it is cheap and small and do not need to refill.
My question is, which is better? And what are the differences?

Eample: ekwb s240 vs ID Cooling Frostflow+ 240 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler

Solution
No, they are normally sealed but some also have options to change if needed. By using right components and liquids in custom one it's also possible to keep same liquid for many years.
I intentionally say Liquid instead of water because just water is rarely used any more, it's more of an antifreeze with other additives.

If so, do they have the same performance?

AiO (as you call it integrated) - are just overpriced shinny toys that wannabe liquid cooler. Good air coolers do better job at lower noise. there are few exceptions that are not conventional sealed AiOs like the Swiftech H2x0 X2 - those are pre assembled custom loops.
Custom loops - there is no limit to what you can do with it.
The later is definitely provide better look, performance and noise if done right, but require some maintenance once in a while and kinda expensive. the cheapest decent would be around 200$. normal decent would be 300-350$ for CPU only.

Custom loops are made for many reasons - looks is one of them. to beat an AiO a simple 40-60$ air cooler would be enough.
you can't compare custom loop to and AiO as they are completely different products. they are simply in very different leagues.
Think of sealed AiO (asetek, coolermaster, id cooling) as hyundai veloster while decent custom loop is more of a range from Seat Leon FR to Bugatti Veyron.
any of the later is much more while the former is just wannabe look like crap.
