I mostly concerned about the tubes. here https://imgur.com/a/PtfLy there was no other way of doing this as the h80i is huge in thickness. Everything works but I heard that I shouldn't really be bending the tubes. I coudln't close the front panel unless I put pressure on the tube which causes them to little bit bend as shown the picture above. Is this too much of a bend to cause issues in the future? something like leaks?

Looks fine to me. If you weren't supposed to bend the tubes, it wouldn't bend without excessive force. That doesn't look like an abnormal amount of flex at any rate, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

The tubes are the least likely to be the component to leak, and most water cooling leaks happen at the fittings (where it connects to the radiator and CPU block). Corsair AIOs are good construction anyway, so I would not expect any leaks unless you have a defective unit.
