Today I noticed my CPU temps were at 100, so I took out my CPU and GPU, dusted them both, applied new thermal paste and secured my CPU Fan on tightly. Then I started up my PC and played some CS:GO and im noticing that my CPU Temps are getting to the upper 80s. I have a OEM Fan, and it runs really loud. Also, halfway through the game, my FPS dropped to the 30s.
