I need help finding what parts to put into a budget gaming pc. I have the 980 liquid cooled gpu. I just need to get the rest. The system just needs to be able to play league and destiny 2 and pubg at 1080p 60 FPS.

You should not go any lower than this. There will be an apparent bottleneck with the GPU, but it will still work...
