New build PC freezing after 10 min uptime

Hello,
Today i builded up a new pc ( some of components are old, some of them are new)
CPU : Ryzen 5 1600x 3,6GHz (new)
GPU : Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
MOBO: B350 Tomahawk (new) (1.9 bios)
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB (2133 Mhz) (new)
HDD: WDC WD6401AALS-00l3B2 ( 500GB )
Cooler: Fera 2 v2 (AMD4 adapter)

CPU temperature : 30-50°C
CPU load jumping from 2% to 100%, then mostly freeze
Sometimes run only at 2GHZ then 3,6GHZ

FAN : ~1000 rpm


GPU : 42°C
Sometimes run only at 400MHz then 1,1GHz

MEMTEST86 ended with 0 errors.

any suggestions are welcomed

it's a clean installation of windows 10
and in the meantime I only installed programs from the mobo and gpu CDs.
+ steam and origin

But in a task manager is WMI Provider Host at the first place.
always uses from 1% to 60% CPU

after little research i found this: cimwin32.dll could be cause of WMI problem.
