Hi all, I have PC SPECIALIST Vortex Core Lite with gx 1050 has only one HDMI port can I still buy an adaptor and have a two monitors ? I won't use it for gaming only for business and light programs. Please help

then in my office I have DELL Inspiron 5675 Gaming pc and I was thinking to add an extra monitor too. but still with the same problem has only one HDMI port wuold I be able to buy an adaptor and add the second monitor ?? the grapich of my dell pc isAMD Radeon RX 560 2 GB GDDR5 4th generation Polaris again I won't use for gaming but only for business reasons I need two screens thanks for ur help guys..
