Which monitor should i buy

I am between 2
One that has 60 hz refresh rate but 1 ms response time
Second 144 hz but 6 ms response time
I dont know what is more important
Help me plz

IMO Higher refresh > response time. I highly doubt you'll notice that response time but going from 60 to 144hz was quite a big improvement especially if you have the hardware to keep those FPS high.

I5 16gb ram and gtx 1070
I think that 144 fps is not a problem in some games

It can come down to the game but FPS like CSGO & Battlefield can benefit from a higher FPS monitor as well as racing games.
