Help computer turns on then off

I have ordered another mother board because I had accidentally broke my other one but this still happens when I installed my new one/same brand of motherboard.

ASRock ab350 pro 4
Graphics card GTX 780ti
Amd Ryzen 7 1700
Corsair vengeance LPX DDR4(16gb) x2

The computer turns on and off when the ATX12v1 is plugged in but when the it is not plugged in the computer stays on.

Also the monitor screen is still off when i turn on the computer.

I had installed what i thought was a better graphics card too i took out my 780ti for a 1050ti but then noticed it wasn't better so I put the 780ti back in and that's when i always had black screen.

Since you've replaced the motherboard, there's probably no point in re-seating components(such as memory). Since there was an impact to the motherboard, it's possible it could have damaged the cpu as well(especially if it was turned on while this happened).

Cpu was fine it was only until I changed my graphics card to 1050ti then reverted back to 780ti that's when my screen went black and stayed like that and then that's when I accidentally hit the motherboard with my blue ray drive and never turned on again until I got my new motherboard and installed it and turns on but it's back to going on and off again unless I take out the atx12v1 then it stays on but screen is still off and I plug it back in and goes off and on I put everything back the way it was before it started going off and on and before it broke
