Will this cooler fit in my case..?

Sadly, I do not believe it will. The Hyper 212 is 159mm tall and the Antec case is 173mm wide. This only leaves a difference of 14mm or just a hair over 1/2" (.551" to be exact). I have a feeling that the thickness of your motherboard/cooler mount, standoff spacing, dip-outs in the mobo tray, and space to the side panel are going to be more than that. The fact that the rear fan support for the case is 92mm instead of 120mm reinforces the idea that it is probably going to be too narrow as the Antec case is not standard compared to the normal width of most other cases that support the Hyper 212.
