My friend wants to have a gaming rig built BUT he isn't rich so hes kinda looking for the best purchase for his money. He understands he won't get the newest video cards, CPU's etc etc but maybe a solid rig maybe a step beneath all this? He wants to mostly be able to run PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds and games along that level.

Could someone point to a good machine that can handle stuff like this? I am not so savy with the super tech stuff so I come here to the pro's.

Most important question of all is what is his budget?

Well if you build it from scratch you'll be able to get the best bang for the buck and there are a ton of guides/videos online as well as here. What is his budget and does he have any parts or peripherals?

As a side note PUBG is still in early access so the game really isn't well optimized.

yea but thats one of the main games hes ready to play haha
I would say something along the lines of the new Battlefields, GTA5, etc etc the reason I say PUBG is because its a system hog so if he can play that he will be fine.
