What are you doing when it reboots "randomly"? Is it being stressed? Gaming etc?

Is your CPU overclocked? The motherboard is quite underwhelming for the 8320, even at stock - unlikely to be stable if overclocking.

Are you monitoring temps? CPU specifically...

"Random" 600watt PSU doesn't help much - can you tell us the model number printed on the side of the unit?

125W (stock) TDP on the CPU, ~200W on the GPU.......
If the PSU is junk, it may well be the culprit.

Crashes and reboots tend to be power related, while freezes tend to be memory related. For the symptoms you describe, My first suspect would be the PSU. As Barty1884 related, "random 600W PSU" doesn't really tell us anything. How old is this PSU? Even normally good brands can go bad over time.

From what I can find, that "High Power Element" unit is still 'pending' on it's 80+ certificate, despite advertising it on their website.
While 80+ is an indicator of efficiency, not of quality - a lack of a certification is worrying.

Given it's 4 years old or so, and I can't find much info on it's warranty length; I'd be inclined to suggest so, yes.

Where are you located specifically?

In the US, this is a great unit, with an awesome price (After rebate)

i noticed something different now when i use my PC im almost always watching you tube or Netflix when im on my PC and i noticed when im not it doesn't crash but if i am it does i tested this theory by leaving my PC idle for 30 min then checking if it shutdown then i watched Netflix and it crashes almost 5 mins later.
this is really strange.
