Hello everyone first time posting here. My friend has an issue with his computer where every time he starts up his PC the following error will come up. He is unable to use his keyboard in the process so his PC is completely frozen at this point. I have tried a couple of things to troubleshoot with him such as clearing CMOS and unplugging PC and trying a different outlet. I will admit that I am not the smartest person when it comes to troubleshooting PC's but I am unable to find anyone else with this similar issue. If anyone has any idea where we could start to get this problem solved it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
