Cpu/Gpu Usage, Question

Hello, so I have a gtx 1060 and i7 7700k(4.7ghz) and 16gb ram running at 2667mhz.

I was wondering when I playing games I usually get 100% GPU USAGE, and about 67% CPU usage. Is this a bad thing?

Oh yeh and should I mess with power managment in my control panel at all?

that cpu will last you. i've had my i7-3770k since 2012, the year ivy bridge came out, and it's still great. i'll still have it for at least another five years, hopefully longer.

depending on the game and the settings, it's fine. if you play an older game like CS:GO and cap the frame rate, the gpu may only use ~30%. on newer games with big settings, this is normal.

nah, no need to mess with power settings

Its wierd I went on ARKSURVIVALEVOLVED, and turned everything epic and its only using like 33-58. NEVER MIND JUST WATCHED SOME BENCHMARKS FOR ARK, AND IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE EATING THAT MUCH CPU even a gtx1080 and i7, was cpu usage like 38-45
