Build
CPU: Intel 6600k
GPU: AMD 380x
PSU: Raidmax 735w Modular
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-Z170 HD3P
RAM: Patriot Viper 4 16gb (2x8gb)
SSD: Mushkin Reactor 1TB

So about 2 weeks ago my computer started crashing while playing league of legends and I tried a GPU with furMark and it passed with a high temp of 99 degrees C. So I tried Prime95 to test the CPU and it ended up crashing within a minute. The problem first started with the screen flickering into a crash. I cleaned my graphics card because if it went to a blue screen, windows would give me an error code talking about my graphics card. That code never came back but the crashing continued and the error code now is VIDEO TDR FAILURE. I have no idea what to do and to check if it could be my PSU voltage messing up or if it's my CPU, I tried updating the drivers for my CPU but the update rejected my system because I wasn't using the right hardware even though in my windows about the system it says 6600k and I checked that the driver would install. I haven't updated my CPU drivers since building it at the beginning of last year. Nothing has been overclocked or ever was overclocked
Please help. T_T

I am not terribly familiar with AMD GPUs, but you should try updating the drivers for that first, especially since it's throwing a video - related code at you. Also, try using your graphics card in the other PCI-e slot, since your motherboard appears to have two that the GPU will work in.

So I removed the GPU and ran the stress test on the CPU and Integrated GPU and it still crashed. I don't think it's the 380x at all. That means it could be the PSU or the CPU. Is there any other test I could run to make sure it is the CPU before I buy a new PSU?
