Computer not booting up

HI everyone, I recently finished my build with the Asus z270e Mobo, the Corsair Vengeance LPX ram (2x8gb), corsair h100i v2 cpu cooler, asus strix 1080ti and an Intel i7-7700k processor. I plugged it in after build, and nothing came up on monitor. Tried to plug the display port cable into the mobo, still nothing. Changed RAM slots, still nothing. There is a solid amber light on the mobo (CPU LED, DRAM Led, VGA LEd, etc). Please help I have no idea what to do

Assuming nothing is broken, it's probably an incorrectly seated component (RAM and CPU), or power cable either not connected or not properly seated in the socket. For example, you definitely have the separate mobo CPU power (4/8 pin) connected - it's separate from the main wide mobo bundle?

I've tried that, right now i have everythign out of the case and have just the MOBo, ram, and cpucoooler attached to the cpu (as well as power of course)
