My PC always restart

Hello guys.. I hav an issue here. When i turn on my pc.. And when it reach to desktop. A few minutes later (below 3 min) it suddenly restart. Again and again.. Sometime the monitor said that its "no signal".
When it keep restart. It can reach to desktop and i atill can just did a quick PC scan, after awhile. It restart again. I already clean the RAM. But why it happen like this :(

Because it still fine. Just yesterday i "grease"with Singer oil, my Cpu heat sinc fan because it rotates slower. And after that it fine. Few hour later. Suddenly it said no signal. And pc keep restart.
Until today. If I switch on. It will down few minutes later.
Mobo : Amd phenom, Quad Core,
16Gb ram DDR2, Psupply 650W
GRaphic : HD6950, Harddisc 2TB HDD, Windows10,
Game i played : Dota, CSGo, CallOfDuty, TombRider, GTa5, Bioshock, FinalFantasy, FarCry

Can you see Oil anywhere on the motherboard? It could have leaked down onto some component and caused this to happen.

My main suspect here could be the power supply just giving up or the CPU overheating. Can you check the CPU temperatures?

Try using another power supply if you can. If your computer has intergrated graphics, remove the graphics card and see if it still shuts down, if it lasts longer turned on, it could be your power supply.

I already remove-and-place back my RAm. And I rubbed it with eraser which mean i clean it. Should i do it with my Graphic card?
Ok I believe my power supply is fine because nothing problem with it yet. And when i turn on pc. It keep repeating the RESTART process. After a few minute. Until i give up. And turn off. Mean i not use it yet
