Can this PSU be used with a 8-pin GTX 1060 or 1070TI?

Hello guys, I created an account here as I have been reading for sometime and seen many cases being solved. That being said, currently I am planning to get either a 8-pin GTX 1060 (variant is not chosen yet) or a GTX 1070 to upgrade my over 5 years old computer.

Thus, the question is that I wanted to know whether my Armageddon Voltron T750W is good enough for either of the cards? Thanks!

PS: My CPU is an old gen of i5 (i5-2320 @3.00GHz), will it throttle the 1060? I read that it will reduce the performance of 1070TI.

Solution
Armageddon Voltron - - not good enough brand-wise to pair with an expensive gaming card in my opinion, too much money at stake to risk damaging it with a low-end PSU.

Replace it with a mainstream, quality brand like Seasonic, Corsair etc.

I don't know if you should keep that PSU, reading up on things people say of the brand, it doesn't seem to be too great off the bat, adding the fact that its a couple years old now isn't helping things.

IMO, you're better off getting a GTX 1060 and a new PSU instead of a 1070.

Something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SSC GAMING Video Card ($299.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($96.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $396.88

I picked this 1060 but, I wasn't sure what your preference was, but this should give you an idea. (its a 8 pin 1060)

I tried looking into the EVGA Supernova G3 650 but cant seem to find one in my country, with that being said, considering the value-for-money, should I get a 750W or 550W?

Should I choose to keep the current PSU (which is bad), may I know the risks of doing so?

Can you link me the store website you'd use to get the PSU for me to have a look at the best option?

Also, tell me the budget you have for this upgrade.
