recover hdd data after formatted by tv.

i accidentally formatted my seagate external hdd using lg tv. my hdd format is changed i cant see my hdd in file explorer but can see in devices and printers. so how can i change format and recover data?

I think your best bet is to find a local data recovery person, not a computer hardware/software technician at this time, and let that person walk you through a solution. I don't know how your TV formatted the HD, what format the HD is now in...I do not want to hazard a solution over The 'Net.
