The CPU in my desktop PC has suddenly begun to achieve temepratures between 90-100 degrees celsius from the moment I turn on the computer, while the load on the CPU is between 5-10 percent. I have scanned the pc for malware, nothing found and I have tried clean the computer, nothing helps. Any suggestions? I'm thinking about reinstalling Windows, but I don't know....

Check inside the case, it sounds like the cooler has detached. No CPU heats up to 90 on just 10 percent utilization. Tell me if you see anything peculiar.
There is nothing to see. I reinstalled the CPU cooler (NZXT Kraken X42) and removed all dust in the pc case. Problem is still there. And the cooler is working fine. But the liquid in the cooler is 65 degrees celsius because its trying to cool that 95 degrees celcius CPU
