Yes, it's practically a re-brand of the HD 6670 and is therefore based on an older architecture than the HD 7750 and up, and that also means it isn't supported by AMD's current driver anymore.
So I wouldn't really recommend buying one for anything else than office work or very old titles.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing either. BTW, do you have a link to the specific device you are considering?
1. You probably shouldn't buy a HD 7670 in 2017 anymore
2. This card has no driver support anymore -> outdated
3. This card will only play very old and simple games (+ office work is fine too of course)
