I have 3 options right now

Gigabyte windforce gtx 1060 6gb --- 295$
Asus dual gtx 1060 6gb (i dont mind that its white) --- 300$
Palit gtx 1060 6gb dual --- 280$

I dont want card with single fan and i dont want anything more expensive for sure.

I have done my research and most are the same, cooling, fans noise, coil whine.
Tho Asus has higher clock from the start, i hope gigabyte and palit can be overclocked as much as asus at least.

So which one of this three do you think is best?

Solution
For the "best" of the three I would say all three are very comparable. Any differences between them would be too small to notice. The 1060 already runs quite efficiently and stays cool even on cards with single fans (albeit the single fan may have to spin a bit faster and add a touch more noise). You would be fine with either of those as the stock clocks out of the box (that's fun to say lol) are easily tuned with MSI Afterburner or EVGA XOC.

If it were me and I had $300+ dollars to spend then I would choose the Palit card for $20 cheaper and put that extra cash somewhere else. Perhaps use it to get some good case fans to push cooler air into your case or have a fat-kid night at McDonald's.

I think that in my opinion you should get the Gigabyte or the Asus, not the Palit. Other than that, choose whichever one looks "cooler." Palit just isn't as big of a brand so if you have an issue it would just be easier with Gigabyte or Asus. Good Luck!

Well if you want to go with the gigabyte, i suggest the Aorus version (that's the model i have on my RX 580) because the windforce has only one heat pipe which is kinda of a let down.
The Asus is good too, i had myself an Asus echelon gtx 950 and it worked flawless and if you really need to overclock and you know what you're doing i suggest the Asus strixx as it has 3 fans but if you're not that much into it i suggest you don't clock them at all as you will not see that much of a difference(maybe you can use the OC mode on the program on which version you'll buy)
The Palit version i don't recommand that much.
Another version i can recommand is the MSI, it's a little expensive but it gets the job done(tho i've heard some problems with the fans in time, never owned one)
So in conclusion for the best price/performance i suggest the gigabyte aorus but you can't go wrong with either one, and you will not see any significant improvment, you can even conclude your decision by the aesthetics.

What do the warranties look like? What's the process for an RMA? Stuff happens. In your shoes, I'd choose whatever is cheapest but also make sure you know what will happen if something goes wrong.

Surprised EVGA didn't make it into the top three. Think they've lost some love in recent years.
