Hello guys. I want to buy new GPU for Christmas. I need it under 400$, can you please help me? I don't care if it is AMD or NVIDIA, I care about performance, volume and good look.
My setup:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
MB: ASUS B85M-GAMER
RAM: 8 GB
Power supply: Corsair RM550x

Solution
A 1070 is very likely overkill - and right now, is marginally over $400.

Personally, I'd opt for an RX580 (8GB) for around the $270 mark.
A great "bang for your buck" card.

It's trade blows with a GTX 1060 (6GB) but, in some very well optimized DX12 titles, an RX580 can get up near a GTX1070 in performance.

Video Card: Asus - Radeon RX 580 8GB DUAL Video Card ($274.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $274.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I have 1080p and 144Hz. I was thinking about GTX 1060 maybe MSI Armor? I don't know what's the difference between every 1060 card. MSI Armor, Gaming, Gaming X I am little bit lost in that :D can you please tell me the difference?

Each vendor has their "tiers" of cards. Supposedly better binned chips in some cases, better/different cooling etc. Some OC'd from the factory, some more than others.

At the end of the day, the same GPU is used for them all, so performance between them are not night & day necessarily.
Obviously, comparing the most "budget" card with the highest-end, you'll see some decent gains - but you pay a decent premium for it too.

Not at High/Ultra, but should be achievable more often than not at Medium(ish) settings, depending on the title.

But I agree, the 1070 would be the best route to go.

But I have limit 400$ and in my country (Czech) prices are higher so 390$ is price for 1060 6GB here. So the best way for me is 1060. I can buy it from another country but I care about warranty and claims so..

A GTX1060 6GB can be had for about $320 equivalent:

But yeah, a 1070 is well over the equivalent of $500 in the Czech Republic.

Even at a few years old, the RM550x is more than capable of running almost any (modern) single GPU solutions.
1080TI or a really OC'd RX580 might be a push...... but still, shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know why su fuck*ng expensive.. :D And is that gainward good? I heard that it's loud, my friend told me that MSI Gaming is the best so I don't know. I was thinking about Gigabyte.

It's debatable between the 580 and the 1060 6GB. as pointed out they trade blows in certain games. It's more likely going to come down to preference. I would recommend looking closely at the benchmarks and look at the games you play most and get whatever performs better on those games. (For example if you play GTA V mostly I think the 1060 would be better, if you were playing BF1 mostly the 580 would be better)

The 1070 is SUPPOSED to be less than $400 at this point... however, you can thank cryptocurrency miners for the still gouged prices.

Gainward is fine. At it's core, it's a 1070 chip.

"Loud" is subjective - Other Gainward cards appear to run pretty cool compared to other "mainstream" brands, for comparable money, but I can't find definitive info as to whether that's a result of higher fan RPM, which could generate more noise.

The GamingX has one of the higher "boost" clocks, out of the box. But most decent cards can be OC'd to match the speed...

Theres barely any difference between the GAMING and GAMINGX, really. Same base clock, 0.06GHz additional boost on the X
