Not sure what these cables are for and how they're used

I'm currently building my first PC (probably isn't the best time I guess), and I'm having trouble figuring out where some of the connectors/cables go and how I should go about connecting them to the PSU/Mobo. I'm a complete newb to all of this so I some help would be really appreciated. One of the connectors is a 4 pin molex connector(?) for the front case fan (Zalman Z3 Plus) and I'm having trouble with the fan controller and how to connect that to the PSU/Motherboard.

PSU: Corsair VS550
Mobo: Gigabyte B250-HD3P

Here's a link to a picture of the cables: https://imgur.com/gallery/8JPRl

Solution
1| That's not a good PSU.

2| You're supposed to connect that molex plug to your PSU's end. The picture you have here

Will have the PSU's molex connector plug to it's back end.

3| The other smaller headers are for the fans bundled in the case.

Would this be the correct way to connect the fan controller and front case fan to the PSU? https://imgur.com/a/0mRr1
