New PC 64bit with 8GB ram, properties say 7.84 usable, but on checking only 3.8gb free! 4GB in use. How? Image included.

As it says in the title. This is a new laptop. Task manager claims 4.0 GB is in use, but I dont know how. How can I maximise my free ram to 8GB or close to that?

Hmm yep I have opened it, not sure where to look but I took an screenshot of the memory tab. The only aplications I downloaded from the internet are intel processor diagnostic tool, firefox, chrome, adobe acrobat pdf reader, (and some free microsoft store games). I don't remember downloading avira, it may have come with the pdf reader. If this info helps..

edit - memory tab not CPU tab and microsoft store not "windows store".
