I put my PC together with some new parts cpu,mem,fans,gpu. It wont boot I tried a new gpu no good replaced monitor no good. I put all of the original parts back in still no good. I was told to reset the RTCRST Jumper. have not tried it yet I was told the motherboard went bad but all fans work board light on PSU light green and CD working I hear it spinning any Ideas?
Is my Motherboard bad?
