I've been ignoring this isssue for along time and finally confronting it.
Specs:
i5 6600k @4.2ghz
MSI GTX 970 4g
8gb gksill 2400 ddr4
Asus z170k mobo
In bf1 @1080p(70% res scaling) with MEDIUM settings im getting anywhere from 25-50fps in larger gamemodes to 80 in tdm. CPU usage is just sitting at 100% and gpu usage is at around 50-70%, ram usage is 70% also. Side note whenever i open chrome or most programs my cpu's usage shoots up to 100%
I've looked for old drivers from my old amd system that i upgraded from and found nothing. I've updated my BIOS and reinstalled my gpu drivers.
Im really frustrated and not sure what else to do. Thanks for any repiles.
