Old drivers causing problems on new MOBO

Hello, I just bought a new motherboard and like an idiot installed all the new drivers over the old ones. This is causing obvious problems like my startup taking 2-3 minutes when my old -inferior- hardware did it in seconds. My question is if there's any safe way to delete all drivers and just install the new ones I need.
Thanks in advance.

How do you know it is the old drivers that is causing the problem?
Even if they are on your c drive, they should be inactive.
Likely your problem is elsewhere.
Use msconfig to look at the startup task list for any suspicious startup tasks.
If you can, use system restore to back up to a checkpoint when all was well.

Where did you get the new drivers?
Usually the drivers on the supplied cd should work.
You could try downloading the drivers directly from the maker which should be the most current.

Also, check that you do not need a more current bios update.
CAVEAT!!! do not update the bios unless there is a fix that addresses your problem.

Yes, the drivers on the CD work, but the older ones from the old hardware are the ones causing the problem.
