I have a list of components here and i wanted to see if they were compatible and if they were good enough to run ark, Rainbow six siege and other games(mostly interested in Rainbow 6)

-Intel i3-7100 or i5-2400
-Zotac Geforce gtx 1050 oc 4gb
-AsrockH110M-DGS R3.0 microatx
-G.skill 2x4gb ripjaws v series ram ddr4
-1Tb hdd
-Evga b1 80+ bronze 450w
-Vivomicro-atx "smart" midtower white(big enough i think)

I hope you mean i5-7400. If you do, I would rather go with that.

As for the motherboard, you should go with an H270 board so you don't have to worry about updating the BIOS.

Or, better yet, consider looking at Coffee Lake CPUs.

^ I think that would stretch his budget. Consider a ryzen 1300X build instead.

Tbh im on a 500$ budget and im already over that with the config listed above, that I5-7400 is kinda messing me up even more and i really want to keep that MoBo as it's 50$, thanks for the help anyways, bte do you have any other reccomendations

The 560 is more powerful than the 1050. U can play in medium high 60fps easy with that cpu/gpu combo.

Yes u can go with the 1200, but overclocking that would be a pain. U can overclock to 3.6ghz easily, beyond that it's gonna be tough with that budget b350 and stock cooler.
