Solution
Also the question was asked if you were getting 2 1070's was asked because you have this in your list
ASUS ROG SLI High-Bandwidth Bridge with Aura Sync RGB 3 Slot (ROG-SLI-HB-BRIDGE-3SLOT) ($44.99). You only need that if you're running 2 graphics cards in SLI. If you're only using 1 GPU you won't need that which will save you 50 bucks. You can also save a bit of money on the RAM by going with a 3000Mhz or a little lower kit. RAM speed makes little difference for gaming on Intel platforms so unless you're doing work station tasks along with gaming you can drop that down a bit as well. Basically those 2 items will allow you to move up to the 8700k and a Z370 board and keep the price about the same as it is now.
The white theme is a bonus

Yeah that card price is really high. If you're spending that amount on a GPU anyway get yourself a GTX1080 There are several at or below that price on Amazon and Newegg. I'd also highly recommend looking up reviews by tech sites or tech youtubers on the specific brands and models you plan on buying. Those give a wealth of info and comparisons to other products on the same level.
