So I have been reading around and am completely confused here. I have an "HP Envy 360 15m-bp011dx" and it has a slot for an m.2 ssd. I want to install an "XPG SX6000 PCIe NVME Gen3x2 M.2 2280 128GB SSD" to be able to boot the OS from. So my question is, can I? Or if I install it will it just be a secondary storage to my HDD?

Thank You!

you should be able to boot to the drive AFTER you install the OS to it and change the boot settings in the BIOS. you can clone the old drive or install the OS afresh to the new SSD.

that is a slow drive by NVME standards

Thank you so much! If that is a slow drive, could you recommend one that is considered fast? Thanks again!

Ah, that's why haha. The ADATA is only $45. But thanks for the info!
