Please help,

I'm having graphics card issues, where I cant seem to play any games. The monitor cable is still connected to the GPU, where the GPU is able to display with no artifacts or bars. I am capable of playing HD movies.

My PC recognized that I have a 980ti installed when I tried to reinstall the GPU driver, after the OS install. One of the problems is that the GPU driver cant be installed. I did install the chip set drivers for the MOBO, after the OS install. The BIOS displays that there is an Nvidia card installed. The Nvidia Control Panel cannot be opened, neither will Precision X (which says there is no available hardware) and MSI Afterburner doesn't show the GPU.

My system is:
5820k
Asus X99-m WS
Corsair Vengeance LPs 16GB
2x 980ti (one sits on the shelf, I did switch them out for testing to see if the installed one has failed)
EVGA NEX750G
Clean install of Windows 10 pro (wiped everything)

Thanks, from someone who just wants to play video games again

download http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
then re download the drivers and install.
DDU will get rid of all the install files so you can do a fresh install
also before you install new driver you should clean your registry of bad driver links
CCleaner is free software that will do this registry cleaner for you.
Also restart your pc after you clean it and then reinstall the gpu drivers.

Sorry, this did not work. It shows itself as 980Ti in the device manager, but it has an error code 43
