Seagate Barracuda not detected on and off

I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11, and it's only showing up every now and then on my PC. I've been trying to fix it, because my Pc needs a new install of windows 10.

Vanishing and reappearing hard drives are sometimes a sign of a failing cable. Have you tried the drive with a different cable, in a different port on the motherboard, and in a different computer to see if the issue persists?
