ROG STRIX X370-F GAMING problem

I put together a new computer. And the computer does not work it turns on but does not display anything on the screen, the keyboard and the mouse do not turn on and the DRAM LED on the motherboard is on I tried to jumper the CMOS and remove the battery but the situation does not change And I tried to change the location of the RAM and also tried each one individually
I'm lost. You have ideas for me before I turn to Amazon to replace the motherboard?

I also bought a new AMD Ryzen with the X370-F gaming MB. Were you trying to install Win 7? The newest MB's and CPU's and GFC's are not compatible with default Win 7 chipset drivers. I was able to install Ubuntu, but Win 7 does not want to hear about it. I am going to try and use my old GFC to install Win 7 and then just install the newest graphics drivers before installing my new GFC.

Hope that helps, because I do not think it was a faulty MB.

Yes the connections on the video card. And the video card is working on the old computer. I also tried to disconnect the video card and connect the HDMI to the motherboard connection and it is still the same

So I sent the board back to Amazon and the replacement on the way to me. I just hope that with the new there will be no problems because if they were I would lose my mind. Thank you all for your help
