I am planning to build my custom gaming PC around early to mid 2018 and I don't know what to prioritize. I was planning to either have something like Ryzen 1600 with a 1050 ti or Ryzen 1200 with a 1060 6gb, but either way if i choose ill have to upgrade to a better CPU or GPU, But I wanna start getting into high end PC Gaming at a low cost as I am new to PCs.

I was in the same boat as you when I built my first PC. I decided to save some more and get a Ryzen 5 1600 and 1060 6Gb. However if you can't afford that, I would suggest staying with the higher end GPU. The 6GB 1060 and a Ryzen 5 1400 would make a good pairing. Even a Ryzen 3 1200 would be an OK pairing.

Good Luck and hope I helped!

I'm not sure on the specs of the said component's but If I were you I would go with a better cpu then gpu as in my opinion most nee games are a lot cpu intensive then gpu
