Pc build!

At first I was going to go with the gigabyte one because I am on a budget and I thought it was good. But after looking at reviews, people said that it was a really bad board. Then I was going to go with ASRock because it had good reviews and looked good! But I was looking at Newegg and I came across these two motherboards : gaming plus and tomahawk!
Gaming plus is cheap which I like and only has four reviews that say it good! Tomahawk... I don’t know....

I don’t plan on overclocking that much because I will only use this Pc for about a year then sell it! And build another next year!
So which board will be best for me or if there’s a better one that isn’t bad and expensive! Thanks!

And do you guys know if near Christmas prices go down for cpu Ram and mobo?

Also change your cooler that one is rated for 100 watts this one is rated for 140 watts.

I would try to spend 10 more bucks on the power supply if in budget.

^+1, I will go better cooler than h7 if you consider heavy overclocking. case can be better as well, combining with Zerk's suggestion, 2666 ram is sweet spot for Intel, here is my recommendation:
