I have a Sony Vaio model SVE151D11L product name SVE1511BGXS
Laptop cannot connect to wifi since wifi connection is always 'off' even after I set it as 'on'
So far I deleted the network adapters and upon restart there was no sort of installation of anything
So I then downloaded/re-installed the wireless and wireless lan drivers from sony support on laptop, still nothing.
Then I enable/disable network adapter and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
I also tried troubleshooting and got "Turn on wirless capability, Use switch on computer or function keys...etc" message. There is no function wifi key or switch on the laptop.
Lastly, I use the network reset and nothing.
I am starting to get frustrated, so any hints would really be helpful.
