I recently built myself a computer, and after playing games at 4fps decided I needed a graphics card (GTX 670). This solved the FPS problem, although now when I'm gaming (certain games more than others) the framerate stutters. I can get up to 60fps on high settings, although the gameplay is unplayable due to these stutters. They can range from hardly noticeable, to a few seconds each. Any ideas? any help would be much appreciated.

MB: Dell OptiPlex 790
CPU: Intel Pentium G630 (dual core, 2.7Ghz)
RAM: 14gb DDR3 (1060 I think (could be 1333))
PSU: EVGA 650W (gold)
HDD: Western 1tb (I think... uncertain)
