Hi.
I have Asus M5A78L motherboard and fx 8320 processor with Quadro k2200 ddr5 graphics.
Lately I realised working on after effects that it was very slow,
so I checked my task manager and it said CPU speed of 1.33 GHz and when I checked it in CPU Z it showed the same. While rendering it did not even increased 1% . When I performed CPU Z test stress test it went up to 3.5 GHz.
it's max speed is 3.5 GHz can anyone help me with the problem? Why it is not going above 1.33 GHz for any other application except CPU Z STRESS TEST?
