I swapped out my Pentium for a 7600k and got a AIO liquid cooler. While installing a small bit of thermal paste got on the MOBO right near the socket but I quickly wiped it up, not sure if this could cause issues. I have the waterblock connected to the 4pin CPU fan header, and the radiator fan connected to a chassis fan header. Initially, everything turned on but no signal at all to the monitor connected via DP to the gpu. After removing many components and adding them back in, everything booted fine, I was able to get into bios and windows. During first gaming session, pc crashed completely. Turned back on, and worked for several hours just fine, temps were monitoring normal, CPU 28-30c at idle. I had an extra fan and decided to power down and connected it to another ran header. This caused the PC to start power cycling on and off, and no display to the monitor. I removed the fan and the cycling issue persisted. I one again removed all components but CPU, cooler, and RAM, with monitor connected to MOBO via HDMI. powered on, but no display at all again. Put everything back in and connected monitor to gpu again trying both DP and HDMI. Still, of boots but no display at all. If anyone has any ideas I'd be so greatful I am really desperate for help at this point.

Solution
Be sure you wiped it all, some tend to stick more than usual (like gummy bear or smth)

First i would try minimalistic setup, if motherboard has onboard GPU (or you have spare one), stock cooler 1 stick ram and gpu (All outsude of case, yes its too much).
