What "450W Power supply" do you have specifically?
Any substantial upgrade that's worth doing, would likely necessitate an upgrade of either the MB or PSU.
The FX6300 with a decent overclock could pair with stronger GPUs, depending on the titles - but overall, a 6300 + 560 is a pretty well balanced pairing.
