Have far can I overclock my 7700k with this motherboard

I7 7700k
Asrock Z270 pro 4 m-atx
Noctua dh 15 cooler

I just got a noctua cooler and the mobo/cpu a couple of weeks ago. Ik that my mobo is not the most high end so I'm wondering how far I can OC a 7700k without exploding the Vrms. Ik there is an 'ez mode' for OC in the bios but I have had 0 experience In overclocking

Never ever use this it always puts more voltage than is needed.
The Pro 4 boards are your basic cheap boards with poor power delivery.
Their really no answer to your question because all processors will react a bit different and not all will overclock the same.
With that board I would try to keep the Vcore voltage at 1.3 or lower for long term use how far you can overclock on that voltage depends on how good of a chip you got.

I want to overclock it around 4.7 - 4.8 ghz. how much voltage should I do?

All chips are different so their no answer to that.

I have set the voltage to 1.355 at 4.8ghz, i did a small bench test just to check temps but when I loaded counter strike it froze at the menu screen. Is that too high or is it not enough?
