If what you are asking is will a DDR5 videocard work with a system that uses DDR2 system ram, the answer is yes. Videocard memory has nothing to do with system memory.
Your system still needs to have the pci-ex slot, and the power supply to power the card of course. That's an old system, so don't spend too much money on a videocard for it.
