I have a problem when i installed zotac mini gtx 1050 ti card in my alienware x51 r2

When i install my new card into my PC i tried to plug HDMI to my card and it worked but the screen had like red pixels on it, i then plugged into my on board motherboard and it worked fine but i realized my PC was using my Intel hd graphics instead, it said that "there is a problem with nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti device. for more information, search for graphics device driver error code 43." i tried so many solutions online but nothing helped so i am wondering if it is because my alienware x51 is 240 watts and not 330 watts because the minimum for the card is 300.

Check the online owners manual for BIOS settings related to GPUs.
You need to boot into Safe Mode (F8) with the old GPU.
Remove the old GPU drivers.
Swap GPUs (and cable).
Boot (F8) With Internet and load new drivers.
