My equips:
AMD FX8320E
GTX 970
2x 4GB RAM
Corsair 500W Bronze
Coolerbox Blizzard T2
MOBA Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

When I try to overclock my processor it simply shuts off my computer or becomes completely frozen. At first I thought it was a lack of knowledge about the subject, but I copied several OCs and however simple the OC (how to put 3.9 and leave the fixed voltage OR 3.9 + Offset OR 3.9 + voltage) it still went on disconnecting or stop.

Could this have anything to do with the 500W power supply limiting?

I got to test through the AMD Overdrive with the Automatic Clock system, and even then after starting the test and it starts at only 16.5X the PC was already turning off or freezing.

What can it be?

Every CPU overclocks differently, you can't just copy someone else's OC settings.
Does it shut off when you stress test it, or just during normal use? Are you overclocking in the BIOS?

As said above, your mobo isn't well suited for overclocking.
