Hi, thanks for checking my question.
My Graphics card (AMD Radeon r7 240) is running games very slowly, around 20-40 frames lower than how it normally plays games. My graphics card started running slowly as I overclocked my core clock from 780 MHz to 1015 MHz, my memory clock from 800 MHZ to 1000 MHz, my Fan Speed % from 25 to 35, and my Power limit % from 0 to 8,
in the middle of a CS:GO Wingman game with my friend over a skype call.
I don't know if this will help or not but, earlier today at 12:48 a.m. my email account was accessed by and unrecognized device in Russia.

Fortnite: 9 fps, normal was 30-40 fps

Counter Strike:GO: 15-20 fps Normal was 30-50 fps

System Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-4300
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
HDD/Boot Drive: Toshiba DT01ACA100 1TB
RAM: 2x4 gb DDR3 DIMM
OS Version: Windows 10
Monitor: Dell SE2717H 1920x1070 27"
Power Supply: 350 watts (idk brand)
GPU: AMD R7 240 (ran at 2.3 percentile and got to score of "tree trunk" on userbenchmark)

All help is appreciated!!!

Solution
Overclocking is not guaranteed to help, or even work, plus there's risk of damaging your component. So the first thing you should do is set everything back to stock settings.
